Mangapps Railway Museum is a privately owned working railway and museum established at Southminster Road, Burnham on Crouch, Essex.

It features a ¾ mile standard gauge passenger carrying line, with restored stations, signal boxes and ancillary equipment with 18 steam and diesel locomotives and over 80 carriages and wagons.

The museum contains one of the largest collections of railway items in the country with displays in themed rooms such as the Station Masters Office and the Lamp Store.

The Railway and Museum are open every Saturday and Sunday and on Bank Holidays from 11.30 am to 5.00pm although it closed in the months of November and January.

Special events are held at weekends, throughout the year including very popular Santa Specials in December.
